A few years back I embarked upon an incredible journey. After 16 years in the field of education I decided it was time for a change. I was excited about the challenges and the opportunities a career away from the classroom would offer. My journey started with Code Authority. I am forever grateful it did. One can expect that while in CA’s employ, that employee will be well compensated for hard work delivered, both monetarily and with professional recognition and praise, both privately and publicly amongst peers. The room for growth and advancement is incredible. One is only held back by their own lack of ambition. It is a vastly mobile firm where one can achieve professional elevation to the highest titles. The CEO of the firm is very family oriented and has deep roots in community and believes strongly in this “family” feel to be a large part of Code Authorities culture. This is a good thing. For those who have integrity, it is powerful. Often times those lacking in performance and positivity are given chance upon chance to correct their actions, largely due to the above values mentioned that the CEO possesses. This can lead to performance issues and team friction.
