People there are great, lovely bunch of guys and girls.

Management is a nightmare. Doesn't involve employees in any decisions being made. Decisions are made which cause huge issues for staff, but could have been usually been pointed out by said staff if they were involved in the process. This doesn't matter though, because even when these problems are pointed out they are ignored. Then to fix these self inflicted problems, all non-management staff simply have to work more to resolve them.

Best finance team a company could ask for. Family business feel, Great CEO.

Communication between departments wasn’t always easy but it was during a time of office construction so everyone was a bit all over the place.
