No cons as long as your a hard worker

The company culture here is what makes everything else possible: you are encouraged to take initiative, pitch your ideas, take ownership of your projects, and are given a large amount of autonomy. Everyone on the team is always ready to help one another, collaborate, and be more like friends than coworkers.

This company is a startup - rapid change comes with the territory. You need to be flexible with your goals & projects, and accept that traditional compensation & benefits you may have gotten with a large, well-established company may not happen here (yet).
