      The compensation for extra work just seems right. That's why we pay for overtime even for salaried employees. If we are able to bill the client for your value, then we should pay you for that value. Hopefully, that slightly mitigates the stress when overtime is required by the project schedule.       Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
