      -Interesting projects. -Aside from some of the upper management, the rest of the staff was awesome. -My experience at this company made me realize how good I had it at my previous firm, grateful I was able to go back.

      -Minimum budgets for projects means I either worked for free or worked on overhead which ultimately reduces my billable rate. In my case, overhead was "lab training." -I voiced concerns multiple times about project management on specific projects, but it fell on deaf ears; profit before the employees. Too big to fail mentality...

      I am so sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We are attempting to continuously improve our transparency, project management, and leadership. We certainly don't have the attitude that we are too big to fail. At the same time, we have the benefit of not walking a razor's edge where everyone lives in fear.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
