      A company that really cares about their staff, which includes being competitive so that they can afford to be generous with benefits to staff. I really like showing up to work each morning!

      Growing smart... great point. We are currently engaged in strategic planning. We have always been an opportunistic company, but to your point, we have to grow smart which requires strategy. We will never lose our sense of opportunity, but opportunities must be evaluated in the context of the overall plan (which includes a healthy culture). Thanks for your feedback.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
