7yAwesome to hear that we have a good culture and fun people. That is a big part of what we are shooting for.
I don't think that we should have an expectation of significant overtime. In bursts overtime is necessary in order to avoid over-hiring and then lay-offs (which is not Coffman). We also pay for every hour worked which greatly reduces the company's motivation for overtime. Long term overtime that is not desired should be able to be managed. The same with excessive travel for long periods of time that is undesired. Please reach out to someone (even me) and let us know what your needs are. Seems like there should be an amicable solution.
