7yYou emphasized a couple of my main drivers! Freedom and autonomy. Top down command and control is for those organizations that lack the courage to set people free and manage the outliers. But my experience tells me, hire great, respectful, whole people; create a healthy environment, and then set them free. In this environment, people will always blow your doors off with excellence and creativity. And that's not even the best part. It's what people are longing for and what they deserve.
We are continually working on the cross-office work sharing. We can do better. It has to be ingrained in us to treat other offices as our best client. We are working on it.
