There are so many great things I'd like to say about what I have experienced and learned at Coffman! To make this short, sweet and thorough, here are the things that I think make Coffman an excellent employer:

At this company I never have to chase down unanswered questions or follow-up to make sure something is completed. Throughout the company, people are thorough, timely and professional and that makes my job a whole lot easier.

I think it would benefit Coffman to look into issuing bi-weekly paychecks instead of a semi-monthly paychecks.
The biggest grip I hear is about the high-deductible HSA. But honestly, it's just something to get used to and Coffman offers a wonderful matching incentive. I personally don't have issue with that part of our benefits.
