Thanks for your feedback. Especially enjoyed the juxtaposition of High Deductibles and malfunctioning coffee machines. Coffee machine reliability can be critical to employee well-being, which in turn affects future deductible requirements :) In all seriousness though, really appreciate the positive outlook and the nice words about the senior leadership.
