5yIt is always encouraging to get a balanced review from a long term employee. You have identified many of the tensions that any organization faces. To live in the balance can be a little trying, but to let one of those tensions win outright is to lose your balance and shift who you are, usually with unintended consequences. One of those tensions is between office autonomy as opposed to rigid structure and policy. Rigid policy is needed in many cases, but should be avoided whenever possible, as office autonomy creates nimbleness and provides for the most creative solutions for our clients. So living in this particular tension is the best service to our clients, which keeps us on mission. As far as some of the smoke and mirrors that you described, I will continue to work on the transparency of our decision making, especially at the general manager level. We can do better. Thanks for your feedback. Dave Ruff - CEO/President.
