      Our office autonomy does dribble into department autonomy. What we want to avoid is experiences that are disparate as it relates to culture. We have implemented leadership training and manager training in part to help with consistency of experience. This will be balanced by the autonomy that is our secret sauce.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
