3yWe spent the last year of the pandemic evaluating what the new normal should be, balancing the benefits of working from home, with the long-term effects of limited personal team member interactions. Professional engineering is essentially an apprenticeship business. College degrees give you a baseline for launching a career in engineering. The vast majority of the expertise is passed along from one professional engineer to another. This is compromised by full-time work-from-home. So, we chose the hybrid model. We are confident that we have devised a well-balanced solution that accommodates the benefits, without compromising the perpetuation of our business and profession. Thanks. Dave Ruff - CEO
