We spent the last year of the pandemic evaluating what the new normal should be, balancing the benefits of working from home, with the long-term effects of limited personal team member interactions. Professional engineering is essentially an apprenticeship business. College degrees give you a baseline for launching a career in engineering. The vast majority of the expertise is passed along from one professional engineer to another. This is compromised by full-time work-from-home. So, we chose the hybrid model. Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
