      The best part about Coffman is the leadership. From the CEO to Discipline Managers, there is a genuine feeling that people care about each other. During my interview, I the CEO happened to be in the office. I heard him say "healthy things grow" so we want to make sure we take care of people. It is nice to work for a company that strives to do the right thing. The projects were are diversified which allows young engineers to be exposed to different designs. There are a lot of opportunities to succeed.

      I have not experienced anything negative. The HDHP can be a challenge for some.

      I was there! And yes, healthy things do grow. Take care of people and the profits take care of themselves. Life is too short to be miserable at work and work is too strenuous to strive and not achieve something great. We design cool stuff. And we have fun doing so. Glad you are on our team.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
