Vantaggi
None, everyone with any talent leaves or is trying to.
Svantaggi
The work is dull and unfulfilling, there are so many restrictions on every aspect of your day to day job mean you spend more time trying to find work arounds than you actually spend doing your job. The leadership team are only focused on themselves and dont care about anyone else, meaning no career progression, training or upskilling in anything relevant (you will however be forced to spend hours doing pointless training in something that has nothing to do with your job). HR is a joke. Commmunications are rude and aggressive. Lots of sly redundancies and a bench policy that basically is your entry point to redundancy where you have to beg for work and get let off if there isn't any available - not something you expect to have to do when you take on a permanent job. Rubbish pay and the worst bonuses (if you even get one) that ive ever experienced, pay rises are promised and then dont materialise, so with inflation and cost of living, im actually worst off financially that when I started in the job. Ive never known such constant sick leave and people needing to be signed off for their mental health, which is completely understandable give the environment, but horrific that the company treats people so bad that this happens. I would leave in a heartbeat if the market wasn't so bad.
