Ive been in the account(financial) for almost 6 yrs. But im with cognizant for 3yrs. They bought the account from alorica/acs. At first they were very welcoming and accomodating. In short plastik! Eventually the floor became so stressful. The management wanted to hit unrealistic target and they dont listen to our reasons why we can hardly hit the target. Most of the good tenured employees quit because of POLITICS and IRRATIONAL MANAGEMENT. they hire so fast and fire you so fast if you cant hit their unrealistic target like QA/AHT. They can even fire u on the spot if you get a complaint or loss of transactions. Your lucky if u stay for more than a year but if your Looking for long term job or career growth COGNIZANT IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME!!! Especially if you cant handle with politics and sipsipan!
