The company is very flexible with work life balance even though sometimes you need to work long hours. They balance it out. The work itself is fairly challenging and interesting. You won't be bored at CLX. Company is also very flat and still small so you have decent visibility into all the other teams.

Employee's aren't rewarded for their hard work. The company is very cheap. People are continuously shuffled from project to project and multiple projects at once, but management can't comprehend when projects miss deadlines or never meet their goals.
