Small company who is usually a subcontractor so there is a risk on some contracts if they are cut.

CohesionForce has great benefits, especially the medical insurance, paid days off, and the 401K. The pay is very good. The CEO and office staff are people who care and frequently go out of their way to be helpful.

Although the company is planning on expanding outside of the state, there are currently no positions available outside of Alabama.
