Being an intern, I always felt like I was part of the team which I think is unique. I learned a lot from this company and it actually persuaded me to get my BBA in marketing.

I don't have any cons as I really appreciated the opportunity they gave me to work with them. They helped me grow as a young individual and I am very grateful for it.

Everyone there was very passionate about their work. It was a wonderful experience working with so many creatives. The clients were varied, and the work was never boring.

There was a communication disconnect between the departments in the company. We managed to get things done, thankfully. The only one who didn't seem to know what was going on was the owner of the company. There are a lot of smart people there, but the buck didn't stop anywhere. Stop passing blame and get better.
