It's a smaller, much more dynamic organization with a good US footprint. If you have good ideas and initiative, you'll have a much better chance at CRZ to launch a new service or pursue a new market niche. For example, the firm pushed ahead of its peers to serve the renewable energy and legal cannabis industries. The CEO is one of the best, and they invest in senior talent to drive new ideas.

Not enough people to do the work. The firm is growing revenue at a higher rate than it is hiring people. Training in advisory services doesn't really exist - until recently, they've made experienced hires only. Still not much of an organic growth culture at lower levels. In my group, they were only starting to hire interns, and hadn't really thought through the follow-on training once they brought them on as staff.
