Everyone has their own style of management and each new employee requires differing levels of oversight. It's a combination of process and art. The telephone remains one of the key methods of contact for recruiters and we are committed to using every tool possible to reach candidates. Telephone calls are a way of life in this business. In the multi-modal communication environment we live in today and by virtue that we are reaching out to mostly passive candidates and sometimes unresponsive hiring managers, we need to leverage phone, email, text and now AI to engage these people. Reaching out to people you don't know could be uncomfortable for some and this type of job is not for everyone. These activities are necessary for success. For the right person, this is a great launching pad for a career that can span decades or lead to something else that fits for them.
