The agency culture is by far the most postie and motivating work environments I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. If you follow the proven system success is assured. It takes hard work, but the system is laid out in a logical, methodical step-by-step way that can easily be implemented into building my own agency. You must be willing to be focused on details and be open to be "coach-able". It's easy to get overwhelmed with learning the material, but if you just follow the proven step-by-step system and listen to your mentor success will follow which has been the case with me over the last 90 days
