      I love the people that I work with The higher ups actually listen Room for growth They encourage me to be my best Everyone is so supportive The company gives back to the community I know that I am valued Lots of training opportunities Professional atmosphere but we still have fun Very loving individuals I feel respected I know the company cares about me Home/work life balance is respected & encouraged I went from thinking that this was a job to realizing that I've finally found a career

      CBC has an amazing atmosphere. Everybody was so kind and helpful during my time there. Also they were very trusting of my ability so they weren’t constantly micromanaging me.

      I loved working with the agents. It was a good way to get into marketing especially if you have real estate experience.

      There is no upwards mobility. This company invests heavily into diversity and if you are not part of a certain demographic, you will not get promoted. There were also frequent layoffs while I was there.
