Cons Management, salesmen are unkind, you're just a number If you want to work for a place where the salesmen bully you to get what they want and the management just consider you a number, this is it. Management will say whatever they need to get you to sign on and your life will be miserable until you leave... They will let you go eventually if a salesman decides they don't like you for whatever reason...but not before the salesmen break your confidence and spirit and the management takes digs at you hoping you'll quit. There is virtually no communication and when there is, it is poor at best. Training is virtually non existent and you're thrown in and then made to feel horrible when mistakes are made. All around not a great place to be employed.
