The company is constantly evolving, which can make it difficult for employees to feel secure in their roles. One moment you feel confident about your future with the organization, and the next you are concerned about the possibility of layoffs. When AI initiatives were introduced, employees were assured that the technology would not eliminate jobs. However, recent workforce reductions have understandably caused many employees to question those assurances.
