- Many new hires at director level were hugely incompetent, resulting in major issues for the rest of the team. - Barely any communication with the upper management if you are not at least at senior management level. They don't know much about your projects and do not recognise any of the good work you have done. - No career progression, good work is not acknowledged by the upper management. - No company events or dinners, annual leave is kept at minimum with no year-on-year increment. No chance to attend a marketing award event even if your brand campaign was nominated for a category (yes it's that bad..!) - Completely unexpected retrenchment at the start of the year and no attempt by upper management to address this. Absolutely no retrenchment package of any sort.
