Lot of politics. Blame games are there. Just took 15 days to fire a employee. Always developer is responsible. The worst team and team lead is tax team. No domain knowledge is shared with new one just give them task. No architect of the project is told to new joined. Lot of presser. Just a very simple line . Very very bad place to work .never ever join. Because you will be at most unsecured place.
