I don't have any downside for this company

There aren’t many pros for these guys. Maybe opportunity for overtime? Only sometimes.

“We promote from within” That is, unless someone in management has a wife, family member, friend, or family friend that needs a job at that time. Most people outside of a Tech position got the job because they have connections with another employee. Usually friends and family members. Management doesn’t really understand what’s going on most times. They’ll sit in meetings most days, and still have no idea whats going on.
