I worked at Collar Search for 4 years and 8 months, and it has been one of the best career decisions of my life. I started my journey as a Recruiter and was promoted to AM – HR, which shows the company truly believes in internal growth and recognizing talent. The training provided was excellent and gave me a very strong foundation in HR and recruitment. The learning environment is structured, and freshers as well as experienced professionals get great exposure. The work culture is positive, supportive, and growth-oriented. A special mention to Sarika Ma’am and Akshay Sir for their constant guidance and support. They are approachable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in employee development.

I did not personally experience any major drawbacks during my tenure.

They only favor those who blindly flatter the management.

This company is completely unprofessional. Any positive reviews you see online are most likely fabricated, as they actively hire people to write them. If you are a female considering joining, think very carefully before making a decision. From the owner down to the directors, there is a clear lack of ethics and respect for employees. Staff are treated more like caged workers than professionals, and clients are handled with a “use and throw” mentality. Unfortunately, this firm is tarnishing India’s reputation in the U.S. market. In all honesty, they should not be allowed to continue operating under such practices.
