Vantaggi

friendly workspace, experience, hands-on practice and optimisation of the work,I love working here and I got the best experience out of this company.

Svantaggi

nil for now. It has been only a positive space always for me. the weekly target for blogs is 20000 words and that is one disadvantage.

Vantaggi

None whatsoever. Not to "cancel" them but, for your own sake, ignore their advertisement for intern writers.

Svantaggi

1. Late communication between "HR" and interns. The HR is in quotation marks because they are not really HR. They are interns just like you so they have no idea of what they are doing. 2. The pay is a smokescreen. You are expected to write 80,000 words in a month and get paid $100. This isn't peanuts, its basically regurgitated crap. And even if you meet the word count, because they reply your messages after 2 weeks, you'll probably get approved in a year and then get laid in three years, if you ever get paid at all. Also take note the internship is meant to last for 3 months 3. They don't have the resources to pay everybody but they keep recruiting interns. What are they going to do with the interns, you might ask? Well, what else but steal their work. It's all there on their website. Articles written by interns looking to gain some experience and earn some cash but not paid for their sweat. Beware of this group of swindlers

Vantaggi

Flexible hours, but an article required every 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Svantaggi

Misleading hiring practices - I’m an American in the U.S. and responded to a job posting on the Linkedin app offering “5000/ month” for 55,000 words. After going through the hiring process however, what I was offered was an internship paying $50 USD/month (fifty!) for 40,000 words and an article every 24 hours (7/wk). Evidently, their job posting neither mentioned the currency of the pay nor that this was an internship. When I brought to their attention these omissions and the discrepancies between their job posting and offer letter, they explained the the “5000/ month” was in Indian Rupees for their Indian content writers. If I hadn’t read the offer letter carefully before signing I would have been locked into a considerable 30-day obligation (that’s the notice for leaving) for less than $2 a day.
