Working here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The leadership team goes out of their way to provide guidance, remove obstacles, and genuinely invest in people’s success. I feel trusted to own my work, make strategic decisions, and bring new ideas forward. The culture is a standout. Collaboration is real here, not just a buzzword. Cross‑functional teams communicate well, respect each other’s expertise, and work together toward shared goals. Professional development is another major plus. I’ve been encouraged to pursue training and opportunities that align with my long-term goals. Day to day, the work is fast‑paced and genuinely interesting—from developing strategic partnerships to helping shape long-term business direction. Great teammates, made working for the company bearable.

Constantly being overworked and underpaid, work life balance is non-existent. New hires come in making significantly more than the people who’ve been there for years. Good luck on getting a promotion, they only promote their favorites. You get sold you on the idea of a growing company, creating change and bring new ideas to the table, but it couldn’t be further from the truth, no real interest in changing even when it could save them time and money. Leadership only cares about getting to a billion dollars in revenue and they don’t care how they get there, or who they lose along the way. Health insurance is insanely expensive, can’t afford it only making minimum wage. Travel credits and Bonuses are an insult, less and less credits each year even tho they’re making more money than ever! Oh yeah, and HR leadership is a JOKE!
