These people will never move a finger to give you a raise, they will just reply to you: “we have no money” while you read all over the internet that there are tons of new millionaire contracts for the company. Also, they don’t card about your personal needs, we were hired as remote employees then they switched us to hybrid now switched us to on-site, if you complained they would reply to you: there’s the door. (Even though upper management said they will consider each personal situation). Salaries are way below the state average.
