Its the type of company where you wake up and you're happy to go to work bc everyone is so nice and there is always lots of work . Great company for a switch of industries or to start your professional business career. Company is a large Multinational in Latin America, but it is relatively a small company here in the US( prolly like 20 employees or less) so you get your hands on everything and learn from different departments. 401k and decent benefits

Salary below average. Since it's a company that is located in Latin America, you need to know Spanish since you will be working with the Colombia team. Sometimes is a bit of a culture shock in terms of processes and HR. Since it's a large Multinational in Colombia the company has a Hierarchical culture and it's a shock in the small office in Miami. The director of sales has been a director of sales since forever in Colombia so forget about growing your career there long term, unless you want to wait billions of years. It's a good company to learn short term for your next move. But if you're looking for a long term, you'll prolly be unsatisfied due to its compensation system and limited career growth
