There is lots of Micromanagement, management can be out of touch and Clear favoritism is shown to the English office (More chances of promotion, better budget, first choice in training etc.) The quality of training has significantly decreased since the recent change in management with no signs of improving, Management is out of touch with the actual day to day running of the business causing unnecessary stress for the employee's
