The management team at Colorfoto have added the reviews themselves so try and attract more employees. You don't need an email address to leave a review so that's how easily they have done it. There aren't many pro's apart from the people who work there. The team are friendly and welcoming and everyone at a less senior level works really hard.

You are expected to work long hours, always over your contract and you are never asked -just expected. The management team are the worst I have ever come across. They don't care about your welfare as an employee and their attitude is basically 'well if you don't like it there are plenty of other people out there' -which isn't the case because they are constantly understaffed because no one wants to work there because the pay is so bad. Anything bad that happens is everyone's fault but the management and they don't seem to understand the meaning of health and safety. If you want to work all the hours under the sun for £14K a year, go ahead! You can get a better job stacking shelves and the pay will be much better.
