Highly frustrating work environment where free-thinking and looking to the future are not encouraged. Be prepared to spend long hours on presentations and analysis with little payoff in the way of strategy or sales. While there have been investments in equipment and facilities, the executive team uses these as a battering ram of support for their otherwise lackluster leadership. New ideas and opportunities are routinely overlooked due to risk aversion and claims from some long term employees. Overall the company is lacking in progressive ideas and leadership and needs to change course drastically if they want to continue to compete and gain market share and young talent.
