HR is a hot mess at Colt. - Recensione dipendente - HR Director presso Colt Technology Services Group Limited

The ELT (Exec Leadership Team) are very poor. They are out of their depth, but they don’t realise it and do t listen to feedback. It’s a very hierarchical company and new ideas are just not welcomed. HR is a mess. HRLT is very inexperienced but again not so interested in feedback. In HR there is yet another new leader (the third head of HR in the last year) and whether she can make a difference remains to be seen. Colt tends to sack their HR leader every year. They have had 9 HR leads in 9 years. There isn’t a lot to recommend Colt for. I wish there was but there is not.
