Upper management is micromanaging and causing all kinds of animosity between union and the floor supervisors. Huge ego from the operation manager and is running the facility into the ground. There is a lack of accountability for the union workers. The union gets their job back even after employee would be fired for an egregious act. Nepotism runs rapid. Please stay away. The company has been driven to toxic levels by both the union and management. Benefits are not good.
