Worked there in the summer while on vacation from school, the pay was pretty good, around $8 or $9 an hour, however you were able to work much more if you wanted too as they were very good about offering overtime, which was time and a half. If sales goals were met the owners would reward all workers with a catered lunch and cash bonuses.

At the time I worked there the detailing department was short staffed, and with the sales team selling over 100 RV's/campers/trailers per month the amount of work was at times overwhelming. Mechanics weren't the friendliest, although the rest of the staff were. Required to work half days at least two Saturday's each month.
