The people that they employ are down to earth, easy to get along with and know their role within the organization, which makes it a nice place to work. As a merchandiser or sales associate the work is very basic cut and dry, as long as you don't mind lifting and moving of product throughout stores to stock, the tasks are easy to tackle each day.
