      A talented team of experts with staff spread globally. Very open communication and a real desire to deliver very high quality to their clients. An ambition not always met but certainly one that is strived for. I like the focus on helping users of SAP EPM solutions (BPC, BFC etc) to get the most out of their investment.

      Still rather focused of North America and sometimes too US centric, but gradually changing as the EMEA team grows and resources join from Asia and Asia. Until recently not enough focus on personal skills development for employees but rapidly changing and skills development now seen as a key focus.

Management constantly pushing to advance individual skills, support increasing project complexity, and master new software products and versions. Relentless changes!
