Everyone is very welcoming. You feel like in a cubical setting there wouldn't be any chit chatting or getting to know people, but everyone is so welcoming. There is a lot of fun events that take place just to get people to distress. Potlucks, decorating contests, etc. The team leads are AMAZING! They are so nice and helpful! A lot of negative comments are from all the small issues, however, if you put the effort in then there shouldn't be a problem. It is quality over quantity. We have to reach a center number a day, which sometimes can be overwhelming, but they are not going to get mad at you if you are doing amazing at your job. There will be low days, and there will be high days, you just have to keep putting effort into whatever you do. If you make a mistake, a lot of the time people will help you understand from it. There is a lot of growth in the company, and it is really nice to know you can take your knowledge and skills and move up, or somewhere else.

It isn't an easy job. There is a lot to learn, but training is a great month and you learn so much! Calls can be stressful because some people can be rude, but it isn't the case all the time.
