Workload is very manageable and Team Leads are great (depending on what team you work on), solid work/life balance. Ideal for recent college grads / starting a professional career.

Salaries are extremely low, and company policy does not permit salary increases or promotions until work anniversary, whether or not an employee is already taking on a workload that would equate a more senior position. There are a lot of people who work very hard, and just as many who put in minimal effort with minimal consequences from management, making more work for motivated employees and devaluing those who meet or exceed expectations. Zero company culture. Employees don't even make eye contact or say hello to each other when passing in the hallway.

I have been working at Compsych for about 3 years now and i can say i really enjoy working there. Everyone is super supportive whenever i need assistance on something. Our new office is just an icing on the cake. I like working with my team and my manager is very supportive which makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.
