Team leaders. Your employment is reliant on who you get as a team leader. If they do not like you they will not hold you to the same standard as they do for everyone else. They play mind games and my experience there has been psychologically traumatizing which negatively affected my life. They will change your schedule last minute and do not care that you will have to rearrange your childcare over the weekend, which they will hold against you (make it seem you aren't fit for the job with no consideration that you have to change the childcare schedule last minute). The feedback is not to help you, it's to create paperwork to help them get rid of you. You will help coworkers yet you will be the one to get fired while they stay. If you're thinking of leaving a stable job with employers that respects your mental health please stay. ComPsych will fire a single mother (that got 100% scores on modules but unfortunately forgot a step in only two mock phone calls) during the holidays. They do not care.

I have been working at Compsych for about 3 years now and i can say i really enjoy working there. Everyone is super supportive whenever i need assistance on something. Our new office is just an icing on the cake. I like working with my team and my manager is very supportive which makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.

Internal processes and cross-functional coordination can be slower than the pace of the business demands. As the company continues to grow globally, investment in infrastructure and process alignment would go a long way.
