Really only good if you're non-POC, growth is nearly impossible for anyone. I could count the number of POC that worked in the office on my hand. Had a racist manager that masked their disdain for me as "bad at my job". HR was no help either, was complicit in the racism and actively protected the racist manager. Their system of reviews is massively flawed, used development plans to boot out employees of color. Now Viacom was to look at how those development plans disproportionately affected employees of color and how that led to their termination; good effort but they need to go back about 10 years and retroactively fix those mistakes.
