Amazing people once you get past management

Management will push you until you break and then push you some more. They have set unrealistic expectations on a workforce that should be tripled; they refuse to hire the appropriate number of people needed for the work they consistently accept. They do not treat their employees as team members, or even people, but instead they are treated like tools. Raises are not an option either, so don't worry about going above and beyond - you won't get financial recognition, but you will set a precedent that you're willing to take on more work with no reward.
