Founder - Recensione dipendente - Founder presso Comm Sutra

I was working with them from Nov or Dec 2023 to March or April 2025. The seniors were super helpful the founder is this amazing lady. One can learn things just by listening to her in team meetings. Salary was good and most important of all no toxicity. There are some clients obviously but if they cross the line the founder stands up for you. Have never seen that anywhere else!

maybe lack of support for other teams as everyone is busy keeping their client happy, would be good if everyone starts supporting each other a little more.

Has a very decentralized way of operating and allows for high amounts of flexibility and room to explore. As a fresher, being exposed to dedicated mentorship here has been a delight. The inter-personal relations around the office are full of life. From the scope and scale of work to getting a chance to truly take charge and lead, Comm Sutra has been monumental in shaping my learning curve
