-Poor leadership & communication in Audit Department -Performance Feedback is a joke. There's no formal process and not communicated to the individual it pertains to. So everyone in the dept knows your performance except to whom it concerns. -No work/life balance. Told to travel out of country for weeks with no work/life balance -Questionable management ethics
