      Salaries are way below the industry average. Absolutely no bonuses or performance premiums. Promotion opportunities are extremely slow; career progression is a real struggle. Because you are working as an outsourced employee, managers don't really have your back or support you when issues arise. There is a high expectation for extra overtime, but there is absolutely no overtime pay.
