Great for 1st time work or in need of an immediate job to make ends meet. Nice CoWorking environment. Nice people. Great hours & nice holiday time off. Room to expand. Always something to do. Environment has the feel of a Fraternity House but not in the actual definition of Fraternity.

Extremely Low Pay; Start Pay (salary) is usually Laughable & promise to increase as time goes on - True but not by a lot; Raises/Bonuses are very low; Getting work completed in a timely manner is like pulling teeth - can’t get what you need by upper management; it’s like leading a camel to water in the Desert; Work Hard but 80% of the time employees are Not Appreciated, over worked & employees usually resign; Companies has no structure or a sense of Budgeting - overall challenging to stay afloat; Main Company has way more companies/DBA than they can handle; Turnover is high; Family Company; More meetings than one can count; Meetings are Extensive but with no structure or end goal (major part of your day/time is wasted); Meetings can take over 30m to even begin. Great for 1st time work or in need of an immediate job to make ends meet for a short amount of time.
